Madhya Pradesh’s Director General of Police, Kailash Makwana, has directed the Special Investigation Team (SIT) to strictly comply with the latest orders issued by the apex court.

The top court has set the stage for the investigation by Decembered 28th. "Shah" has faced criticism for allegedly making offensive remarks towards Col Qureshi, a prominent woman officer. The superior court severely rebuked these remarks, commanding action against "Shah" for inciting hatred and promoting enmity.
Under pressure, the minister has expressed regret and showed respect for Col Qureshi, indicating an important moral standpoint.
