Prime Minister’s Meeting with NDA Chief Ministers Sparks Controversy
Ramesh, a prominent figure in the media, pointed out that the Prime Minister was meeting with NDA chief ministers on May 25th, but non-NDA chief ministers were left out. He questioned why the PM was only convening a meeting with NDA leaders and not including opposition-ruled states and their chief ministers. Ramesh also accused the BJP of politicizing Operation Sindoor, stating that the party was engaging in "maximum silence on real issues and maximum politicization."
Ramesh emphasized that they had repeatedly demanded an all-party meeting, but the PM was not available at any of the two all-party meetings. He further questioned why the PM was not taking the country into confidence regarding the role of America, as US President Trump had stated that he mediated.
Ramesh called for an all-party meeting chaired by the PM and a special session of Parliament. He highlighted the contradiction between the PM’s silence and the unity efforts of leaders like Kharge and Rahul, who were advocating for unity.
