Perfios Acquires IHX, Its Third Acquisition of 2025
Perfios, a leading business-to-business software-as-a-service firm, has acquired healthcare information exchange platform IHX. This acquisition brings Perfios’ portfolio to three, following recent acquisitions of CreditNirvana and Clari5.
IHX, partnered with 30,000 hospitals across 1,200 locations in India, processes around 40% of cashless claims annually, handling 10 million transactions that represent $1 billion in claims.
Perfios aims to create a transparent, collaborative infrastructure that benefits patients, hospitals, and insurers. The company will leverage its tech and data analytics capabilities to enhance healthcare information exchange and streamline financial processes.
