  • B.E./B.Tech in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Data Science/Artificial Intelligence
  • Valid GATE 2025 score in CS, EC, EE, IN, or DA disciplines
• Age Limit: 21 to 30 years as on 02 June 2025
• Age Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (NCL), 10-15 years for PwBD, 5 years for government employees, 5 years for Jammu & Kashmir domicile (1980-1989)
