- Bms & Ddc Tech – Diploma with 5+ years of experience in the Gulf
- Plumber – ITI with 3-5 years of experience in the Gulf
- Carpenter – ITI with 3-5 years of experience in the Gulf
- Maintenance Tech – Multi-Skilled Diploma with 5+ years of experience in the Gulf
- Janitorial Supervisor – 7-10 years of relevant experience in facility management
- Tea Boy – 3 years of experience with a 10th pass
- Driver – M & H (GCC License) with a 10th pass and Gulf license
