Mumbai: The grand launch of P. D. Hinduja Hospital’s new initiative with King’s College London occurred today. A strategic agreement for clinical and non-clinical training, research support, and executive education for doctors and nurses was penned last year.
Under this collaboration, the first academic program introduced is the prestigious “Clinical Nursing Leadership Program.” Designed by faculty from King’s College London’s Florence Nightingale Faculty, it offers a 12-week hybrid course combining online and in-person sessions.
Participants, including senior nursing executives at P. D. Hinduja Hospital, will benefit from the curriculum’s blend of undergraduate modules, professional development courses, and mentoring sessions. It aims to equip hospital leaders with crucial clinical skills and strategic management expertise crucial for healthcare settings in India and the UK.
