Indore to Get Largest AYUSH Hospital Next Month

Indore is set to receive the division’s largest Ayush (Ayurveda, Yoga, Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha, and Homeopathy) hospital. The 50-bed facility, under construction in Mangliya under the Sanwer Assembly constituency, is nearing completion.

To ensure smooth operation, Cabinet Minister Tulsiram Silawat met with Ayush and higher education minister Inder Singh Parmar. He requested an allocation of approximately Rs 10.26 crore for essential works, including ramps, retaining walls, equipment procurement, a herbal garden, fire-fighting systems, furniture, and a fire tank.

While civil work is complete, the installation of medical facilities and equipment is the only remaining task, expected to be finished soon. The hospital will offer modern treatment facilities, including sonography, pathology, CT scans, and X-ray diagnostics. It will also facilitate childbirth for pregnant women and provide Panchakarma and Yoga treatments.

In the hospital premises, a new garden has been developed, and beautification of the adjacent drain is underway.
