New Delhi: Dharamshila Narayana Superspeciality Hospital launched an advanced 3D mammography system today, marking the Cancer Survivor Month. The hospital opened a comprehensive free women’s health cancer screening program, while highlighting the Ayushman Bharat scheme. The newly installed mammography equipment offers accurate screenings with minimal radiation exposure, enabling early detection of abnormalities and reducing late-stage cancer diagnoses. Dr Emmanuel Rupert, managing director and group CEO of Narayana Health, outlined further initiatives, including free pap smear tests and mammograms for vulnerable groups.
