The transaction includes both primary and secondary component infusion, according to the company. The investment follows their seventh venture into Indian healthcare services, with Senior Fund Manager and Strategy Head Umesh Agrawal noting the long-term potential of the sector. The transaction isn’t tied to a partial exit by an existing investor. Participation in the Indian healthcare segment reaffirms 360 ONE Asset’s commitment to the sector.
