આ કેસમાં મોરબીના નૈમિષભાઈ પંડિતે ફરિયાદ કરી હતી કે વોટ્સએપ પર USDT ક્રિપ્ટો કરન્સીમાં રોકાણના બહાના હેઠળ 1.51 કરોડ રૂપિયાની ફસાણી કરાઈ હતી. આ લોકોએ તેમની બેંકમાંથી પૈસા ટ્રાન્સફર કરવા કહ્યા હતા. પરંતુ તેમને રોકાણના નામે એક પણ રૂપિયો પાછો મળ્યો ન હતો.

પોલીસે અગાઉ પણ ત્રણ લોકોને પકડ્યા હતા: રાકેશ સોલંકી, રાકેશ રાઠવા અને અરવિંદ પરમાર. અત્યારે તેઓ જેલમાં છે. વિપુલ ઠાકોરે જૂઠા બેંક એકાઉન્ટ ખોલાવવાનું કામ કર્યું હતું. તેણે બેંક એકાઉન્ટનો અધિકાર મેળવ્યો હતો અને ટ્રાન્ઝેક્શનના 2% કમિશન લીધા હતા.

પોલીસ કહે છે કે હજુ કેસના મુખ્ય આરોપીઓ પકડાયા નથી. તેઓ આ કેસની વધુ તપાસ કરી રહ્યા છે.
