Filmmaker Manish Gupta Allegedly Stabbed Driver Over Salary Dispute: False Allegations?
Director of films like ‘Section 375,’ ‘Rahasya,’ and ‘420 IPC,’ Manish Gupta, who has a criminal record and registered a false police report against him, is facing legal trouble for allegedly stabbing his driver under Section 118 of BNS.
Recently, filmmakers Manish Gupta, known for his works in ‘Section 375,’ ‘Rahasya,’ and ‘420 IPC,’ has come under scrutiny for allegedly stabbing his driver after a salary dispute, according to a PTI report.
According to reports, the incident took place earlier this morning. The driver, Rajibul Lashkar (38), has been hospitalized for his injuries. Sources indicate that the finesse took place following a disagreement over the driver’s salary.
Sources have claimed that trying to reach him was futile, and Manish Gupta directed the reporter to speak with his lawyer, Dinesh Tiwari, who admitted that the allegations were baseless and false. "Rabijul has a criminal record and was trying to extort money from the filmmaker, making up the facts. He has also defrauded a bank and is currently under a police investigation."
Meanwhile, Advocate Ali Kaashif Khan Deshmukh from the driver’s side is demanding the immediate arrest of the alleged恶意 individual and is reported to have already initiated criminal proceedings against Mr. Rabijul for giving false information to a public servant and for registering a fake FIR.
