NIA Files Chargesheet Against Goldy Brar and Others in 2024 Gurugram Club Bombing Case
The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has filed a case against a designated individual named Goldy Brar, along with four other suspects, in the 2024 Gurugram clubs bombing case, as per an official statement.
Based in Canada, Goldy Brar along with Sachin Taliyan, Ankit, Bhawish, and US-based Randeep Malik has been charged by the investigation agency under various sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), Arms Act, Explosives Substance Act, and Urban Areas Prevention (UA(P)) Act. This includes numerous instances of bombing at the Warehouse Club and Human Club in Sector-29, Gurugram, as part of a larger conspiracy to incite communal disharmony and disrupt peace in Haryana and neighboring regions.
The bombing attack occurred on December 10, 2024. NIA investigations have revealed that Goldy Brar, along with his associates, was behind the planning of this terror plot as part of the widespread Banyan Khalistani International (BKI) conspiracy. The terror syndicate was advancing its agenda by extorting funds, raising terrorist funds, acquiring explosives and arms,_promoting terror among the populace, and threatening the country’s sovereignty and security including economic security.
The NIA continues with its ongoing probe into the case.
