બીઆઓના ભૂતપૂર્વ ડિરેક્ટર ઉદય શંકર શ્રીવાસ્તવે રાહુલ ગાંધી વિરુદ્ધ ફરિયાદ દાખલ કરી હતી અને લખનૌની એક કોર્ટમાં બદનક્ષીની ફરિયાદમાં અંદાજ લગાવ્યો હતો કે 9 ડિસેમ્બર, 2022ના રોજ ભારતીય અને ચીની સેનાઓ વચ્ચે થયેલી અથડામણ અંગે 16 ડિસેમ્બર, 2022ના રોજ રાહુલ ગાંધીની ટિપ્પણી ભારતીય સેના માટે અપમાનજનક હતી. ગાંધીએ કહ્યું હતું કે ‘ચીની સૈનિકો અરુણાચલ પ્રદેશમાં ભારતીય સેનાના સૈનિકોને માર મારી રહ્યા છે અને ભારતના મીડિયા આ સંદર્ભમાં કોઈ પ્રશ્ન પૂછશે નહીં.’

રાહુલ ગાંધીના વકીલે કરી દલીલ
