CBIની ચાર્જશીટ પર પૂર્વ રામજાથની રાજ્યપાલ સત્યપાલ મલિકે કેન્દ્ર સરકાર પર ગંભીર આક્ષેપો કર્યા હતા અને કહ્યું હતું કે ‘હું ખુદ દેવામાં ડૂબેલો છું’.

માજી રાજ્યપાલ સત્યપાલ મલિક કેસ: 2200 કરોડના કીરુ હાઈડ્રો પ્રોજેક્ટ ભ્રષ્ટાચારમાં CBIની ચાર્જશીટ

દિલ્હી : CBIએ તાજેતરમાં જમ્મુ-કાશ્મીરના માજી રાજ્યપાલ સત્યપાલ મલિક વિરુદ્ધ કીરુ હાઈડ્રોઇલેક્ટ્રિક પ્રોજેક્ટ સંબંધિત 2200 કરોડ રૂપિયાના ભ્રષ્ટાચાર કેસમાં ચાર્જશીટ દાખલ કરી છે. આ કૌભાંડની તપાસ લાંબા સમયથી ચાલી રહી હતી, જે પર હવે CBIએ મલિકનું નામ ઉમેર્યું છે, જેથી રાજકારણમાં આંચકો પહોંચ્યો છે.

હોસ્પિટલમાં રહેતા મલિકનો પ્રતિભાવ
મલિક હાલમાં દિલ્હીની રામ મનોહર લોહિયા હોસ્પિટલમાં દાખલ છે. તેમણે હોસ્પિટલમાંથી સોશિયલ મીડિયા પર એક પોસ્ટ લખી પોતાની પ્રતિક્રિયા આપી, જેમાં જણાવ્યું કે તેઓ લાંબા સમયથી હોસ્પિટલમાં છે અને CBIએ હમણાં જ તેમના વિરુદ્ધ ચાર્જશીટ દાખલ કરી છે. તેઓએ ખેડૂતના પુત્ર હોવાનો દાવો કરી જણાવ્યું કે તેઓ હંમેશા પ્રામાણિક રહ્યા છે.

‘હું ડરતો નથી’
મલિકે કહ્યું કે તેઓ ચાર્જશીટથી ડરતા નથી. તેમણે પ્રધાનમંત્રી નરેન્દ્ર મોદીને તાવે તેવા ભ્રષ્ટાચાર વિશે જાણ કરી હતી અને પોતે જ તે ટેન્ડર રદ કર્યું હતું, પણ તેમના ટ્રાન્સફર પછી ફરી શરૂ કરાયું હતું. તેઓ કહે છે કે સરકારી એજન્સીઓ તેમને કઠેડામાં ઊભા રાખવા માગે છે અને તેમના નામે ખોટા આરોપો લગાવે છે. મલિકે સ્પષ્ટ કર્યું કે કેન્દ્ર સરકારની એજન્સીઓ તેમની ઈમાનદારી પર સવાલ ઉઠાવી રહી છે અને લોકોમાં નફરત ફેલાવી રહી છે.

આમ, આ કેસમાં CBIએ સત્યપાલ મલિક સામે લાંબી તપાસ પછી ચાર્જશીટ દાખલ કરી છે. મલિક હોસ્પિટલમાંથી જ આક્ષેપો કરી રહ્યા છે અને પોતાની નિર્દોષતા સાબિત કરવાનો પ્રયાસ કરી રહ્યા છે.

It argues that only the original parties to the suit are involved in the suit. The mosque committee claims that it was not given an opportunity to be heard in the suit. Despite the claims, the Allahabad High Court has refused to grant any relief to the mosque management. It, however, has acknowledged that the mosque is a Wakf property, and that it is the subject matter of a previous litigation. It is very likely that the matter will proceed to the Supreme Court for further consideration. The appellate court has already ruled on the matter, and its decision will no doubt be contested in the apex court. Additionally, the seven-judge bench of the Apex Court is also currently hearing the case relating to the land in the Gyanvapi Masjid area, which is surrounded by Hindu temples. The Court has directed both the parties to the case to file their respective affidavits within four weeks. The Allahabad High Court had earlier noted that the Varanasi judge had erred in his observations that the place in dispute is not a mosque or that it is not a Waqf property. The High Court further said that the Varanasi judge has not considered the implications of the Places of Worship (Special Provisions) Act, 1991, and the Waqf Act, 1995.
