- Accounts: MBA/PGDM in Finance or Banking & Finance, or CA/ICWA/CMA from a recognized institution
- Investment & Treasury: MBA/PGDM in Finance/Banking & Finance/Forex, or CA/ICWA/CFA
- Legal: Master’s Degree in Law from a recognized Indian university/institution
- Information Technology & Operations: B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA in CS, IT, Data Science, AI, or related streams
- Administration: Postgraduate degree/diploma in any discipline (Experience in GeM preferred)
- Risk Management: MBA/PGDM in Finance/Economics, or CA/ICWA/CFA (FRM preferred)
- Corporate Strategy & Ecosystem Development: Postgraduate in Economics or MBA/PGDM in Strategic/Sustainability/Banking & Finance
- Compliance: MBA in Finance/CA/ICWA or PGDM in Finance (CIA/IIBF certified preferred)
