Seven All-Party Delegations to Visit Key Countries
A delegation of seven MPs, including Ravi Shankar Prasad, Baijayant Panda, Shashi Tharoor, Sanjay Jha, Kanimozhi, Supriya Sule, and Shrikant Shinde, will be heading out on a mission. Four of these MPs are from the ruling National Democratic Alliance, while three are from the opposition INDIA bloc.
Each delegation is expected to visit around five countries, according to sources. The ministry’s statement mentions that distinguished diplomats will be part of each delegation.
In the context of Operation Sindoor and India’s ongoing fight against cross-border terrorism, seven all-party delegations are set to visit key partner countries, including members of the UN Security Council later this month.
Parliamentary affairs minister Kiren Rijiju shared the ministry’s statement on X, saying, "In moments that matter most, Bharat stands united. Seven All-Party Delegations will soon visit key partner nations, carrying our shared message of zero-tolerance to terrorism."
He also shared, "A powerful reflection of national unity above politics, beyond differences."
