4. Bms & Ddc Tech – Diploma with 5+ years of experience in the Gulf
5. Plumber – ITI with 3-5 years of experience in the Gulf
6. Carpenter – ITI with 3-5 years of experience in the Gulf
7. Maintenance Tech – Multi-Skilled Diploma with 5+ years of experience in the Gulf
8. Janitorial Supervisor – 7-10 years of relevant experience in facility management
9. Tea Boy – 3 years of experience with a 10th pass
10. Driver – M & H (GCC License) with a 10th pass and Gulf license
