પાવાગઢમાં પણ મહાકાળી માતાના મંદિરમાં લાખો ભક્તોની ભીડ જામી છે. નવરાત્રિના સમયે ભક્તોની ભીડ વધવાને કારણે મંદિર પ્રશાસને દર્શનનો સમય વધારી દીધો છે. હવે મંદિર સવારના 5 વાગ્યાથી સાંજના 8 વાગ્યા સુધી ખુલ્લું રહેશે. તેમજ પાંચમ, આઠમ અને પૂનમના દિવસે મંદિરના દરવાજા સવારે 4 વાગ્યે ખોલવામાં આવશે.

નવરાત્રિના આ પર્વ પર દેવી દુર્ગાના નવ સ્વરૂપોની પૂજન મોટી શ્રદ્ધાની સાથે કરવામાં આવે છે. વિશેષ પૂજન અને ધાર્મિક કાર્યો પણ કરવામાં આવે છે. નવરાત્રિના આ પ્રસંગે દેવીને ખુશ કરવા માટે ભક્તો ઝડપે દર્શનાર્થે પહોંચે છે. આમ, આજના દિવસે તમામ જગ્યાઓ પર ધાર્મિક ઉત્સાહ મોજો કરતો હોઈ તે ભાવુક અનુભવ આપે છે.
