Beyond the Barbed Wire Fences: The Terror Launchpads of Jammu and Kashmir

In the Line of Control, terror launchpads operate with a single routine: sending terrorists across the boundary into Jammu and Kashmir. This region, known as Pakistan-Occupied Kashmir, remains under Pakistani troops, providing a haven for terrorists to carry out attacks within India.

Despite repeated warnings from India, Pakistan continues to harbor terrorism. The recent Pahalgam attack, which killed 26 civilians, has reignited concerns about the links between Pakistan and terrorism. Pakistan’s Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif called for a "credible, neutral probe," highlighting the willful ignorance of Pakistani leaders over the years.

Pakistan’s Use of Terrorism Since 1947

Pakistan’s use of terrorism to achieve its geopolitical goals is not a new phenomenon. Since Independence in 1947, Pakistan has backed tribal militias to invade Jammu and Kashmir. The use of terrorism has been part of Islamabad’s aggressive policy, as evidenced by its involvement in the 1965 war and the Kargil conflict in 1999.

Terror Attacks Since the 1990s

Since the 1990s, terrorism sponsored by Pakistan has seen a significant increase in India. Groups armed and funded by Islamabad have carried out some of the deadliest attacks, including the 2019 Pulwama attacks. The Mumbai attacks in 1993 and 2008, the 2001 attack on the Indian Parliament, and the 2016 Pathankot attack are just a few examples of Pakistan’s involvement.

How Pakistan Obstructs Justice

India has provided Pakistan with evidence of their nationals being involved in spreading terrorism in India after every major attack. However, Pakistan has either denied involvement or refused to act, allowing terrorists to operate freely in their country. Seventeen years after the Mumbai attack, Pakistan has made no progress on the trial despite international pressure.

Pakistan’s Terror Track Record

Pakistan’s global track record of exporting terror is well-documented. Osama bin Laden, the mastermind of the 9/11 attack, was found living near a military academy in Pakistan’s Abbottabad. Other 9/11 conspirators, such as Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, were caught in Pakistan. Several Pakistani citizens or groups backed by them have been involved in terror attacks across the globe, including the US, UK, France, Germany, Spain, Norway, Saudi Arabia, and Afghanistan.

The Pahalgam Terror Attack

The Pahalgam massacre offers a clear view into Pakistan’s use of terror for achieving its goals. The same strategy that Pakistan has used for cross-border terrorism and to destabilize India over the decades has been seen in this attack as well. Calling for a "neutral probe" and blaming "non-state actors" has been part of an old tactic used by Pakistan to avoid accountability.

Conclusion

The repeated acts of terrorism stemming from a single source underline the need for a focus on the Pakistani state for enabling and exporting terrorism. It is time for the international community to hold Pakistan accountable, not just for this attack, but for maintaining a decades-old terror infrastructure. Succumbing to Pakistan’s "neutrality" rhetoric is a betrayal of justice, for the victims of Pahalgam and every prior act of terror linked to Pakistan.

Okay, so the user wants me to rewrite the title “इसी सप्ताह आएगी पीएम किसान की 20वीं किस्त! करोड़ों किसानों के लिए है यह जरूरी ख़बर” into a News Style and SEO-focused title. Let me break this down. First, the original title mentions that the 20th installment of PM Kisan is coming this week and emphasizes it’s important news for millions of farmers. The user also specified to return only the rewritten title, short, and in SEO-optimized style for Business Hindi News. I need to make sure that the new title includes keywords for SEO. The main keywords here would be “PM Kisan 20th installment”, “2000 rupees”, “beneficiaries”, and possibly “date”. Since the original mentions “this week”, maybe adding “2023” could be relevant if the current year is important. Also, the title should be attention-grabbing like news headlines typically are. I should start with the current year to make it time-sensitive. Maybe “PM Kisan 20th Installment 2023” to include the year for SEO. Then mention the date as crucial information. Highlight the amount, which is Rs 2000, as it’s a key detail that would attract clicks. Also, target the beneficiaries and what they need to know. Words like “important update” and “how to check status” can drive engagement. Putting it together: “PM Kisan 20th Installment 2023: Rs 2000 कीस्त की महत्वपूर्ण समाचार! कैसे जांचें भुगतान की स्थिति?” This includes the keywords, the amount, a strong SEO structure, and actionable information. Let me check if it’s concise and if all key elements are covered. Yeah, that should work. Make sure it’s in Hindi and follows the news style with urgency and clear benefits. Okay, the user wants me to rewrite a title in news style and SEO-focused format, specifically for an article about investors lining up to invest in NCDEX. The original title mentions Radhakishan Damani, Ramesh Damani, Madhu Kela, Zerodha, and Groww planning to invest crores in NCDEX. Hmm, I need to consider what makes a good news headline. Journalists usually put the most important info first – who, what, when, where. Here the key elements are: big-name investors (Damani brothers + Kela + brokerages), major investment, NCDEX as the recipient. “Crores” is Indian English for tens of millions, but international readers might not get it – better use “crores” since it’s an Indian market story. For SEO, I should front-load keywords: must include “NCDEX”, “investors”, maybe “commodity exchange” since that’s what NCDEX is. The Damani name is gold – R.K. is a retail king (DMart), so leading with “Damani Brothers” immediately signals credibility. Wait, should I specify “commodity derivatives exchange”? Probably not – too long for headline. NCDEX is well-known in Indian finance circles. “Line up to invest” sounds passive… better use active verbs like “pump in” or “pour in” for newsy impact. Checking character count… ideal headlines are 50-60 characters. Let me draft: “Damani Brothers, Madhu Kela Back Zerodha-Groww-Led Investor Push for NCDEX Stake” – too clunky. Alternative: “NCDEX Attracts ₹1000+ Crore Investor Bloc Led by Damani Brothers, Madhu Kela” – but user didn’t specify amount. Ah! The original says “crores” without number. Safe to say “multi-crore” since “crores” implies multiples. Final tweak: news headlines often capitalize every word (title case), and “₹” symbol boosts India relevance for SEO. *Types response* – making sure to strip all extra commentary since user said “ONLY return title”. No explanations, just the crafted headline. Double-checking: has all named entities, mentions investment scale, clear subject (NCDEX), and leads with most recognizable names (Damanis). Zerodha/Groww come next as they represent retail investor angle. “Multi-crore” is standard Indian biz journalese.
