India Suspends Indus Waters Treaty Amidst Pahalgam Terror Attack

After the terrorist attack in Pahalgam on April 22, India has suspended the Indus Waters Treaty, a significant move that has drawn criticism from Pakistan. Pakistan, which relies heavily on the Indus River for irrigation and food production, has largely been against this decision.

In a surprising turn of events, a viral video has emerged showing Indian fans sending water bottles to actress Hania Aamir from Pakistan. The video, which has gone viral, shows boys packing a box filled with bottles and writing "To Hania Aamir, Rawal Pind, Punjab, Pakistan, From India" on the carton. The internet couldn’t stop laughing at the sight.

The incident has raised questions about whether Pakistani artists will be allowed to work in India. Reports suggest that Hania Aamir, who was supposed to star opposite Diljit Dosanjh in "Sardaarji 3," has been dropped from the project. It is also reported that some portions of the film will have to be reshooted.

This situation has led to a demand for a complete ban on Pakistani artists working in India. The Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE) has reiterated its directive to ban Pakistani artists, stating, "In light of the recent attack in Pahalgam, FWICE is once again compelled to issue a blanket boycott on all Pakistani artists, singers, and technicians participating in any Indian film or entertainment projects. This includes performances or collaborations occurring anywhere in the world."

The incident has sparked a debate on the future of cross-border collaborations between Indian and Pakistani artists, highlighting the complex geopolitical landscape in the region.
